Hybrid facade / 3D facade

Our SPI technology enables the production of customised façade elements with complex geometries and integrated functionalities. In the production process, the elements can be applied directly to the first wall layer. As a result, 3D printing can be seamlessly integrated into existing production processes of conventional double wall systems and thus offers efficient production that realises both time and material savings while ensuring the highest quality standards. The process was successfully tested on this project, in which a 3D-printed clinker brick façade was used. However, the technology offers almost unlimited creative freedom.
